Guest Experience Adviser Lead - Full Time
The Guest Experience Adviser (GEA) Lead is responsible for supporting the Guest Experience Department by being the example of what the department strives to be specifically modeling superior customer service and outstanding sales conversion. The Guest Experience Adviser Lead will assist in employee training by being familiar with all points and responsibilities in the Guest Experience Department. The Lead will also assist in the logistics side of the department by being responsible for the ordering/care of the concessions stand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- GEA Lead for new employee training
- Ordering product for the concession stand
- Flexibility and knowledge of all the stations within Guest Experience
- Cash handling and balancing
- Responsible for keys to the building and Guest Experience office
- Manager On Duty in the absence of the GEA Manager or GEA Assistant Manager
Ensures that new hire training is handled efficiently and professionally. Ability to close and to handle daily activities and supervise staff in the absence of the GEA Managers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
This job also requires the use of a computer which will be placed somewhere in the employee's workspace. The employee must have the necessary keyboard and computer mouse skills as well as the ability to read a color monitor.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma and/or a minimum of one year related work experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Understanding of legal contracts required. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of various organizations.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
